Dry skin is parched all year round even after you have moisturized. To prevent your skin from feeling dry, flaky and uncomfortable, you need a routine that helps it hold onto moisture. You need to acquire moisture from external sources to compensate for the lack of natural oil production of your skin. The upside to having a dry skin is that you rarely get acne, blackheads and breakouts and the downside is that you are likely to get wrinkles and fine lines earlier that those with oily skin. Skin Care Routine Cleansing: while cleansing can be harsh on dry skin, it is no excuse to avoid it all together. Cleanse your skin twice daily, morning and night.
